Return Policy: Ranch Outfitters
At Ranch Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returning or exchanging items as straightforward as possible.
Return Window
- You have **30 days** from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned within **45 days** of the original shipment date to allow time for transit.
Eligible Items
Returns and exchanges are accepted for:
- Unused, unwashed items in new condition
- Items with original tags attached
- Original packaging (boxes, dust bags, etc.) included when applicable
Condition Requirements
- Clothing must be free of pet hair, smoke, deodorant marks, makeup, or any odors.
- Sunglasses must not show any wear, scratches, or customer damages.
Refund Options
- Original payment method: Full refund (including original shipping charges on defective/damaged items only)
- Store credit: Issued instantly + an extra 10% bonus added to your account
- Exchange: We’ll ship your new size/style at no additional shipping cost (U.S. only)
How to Return
1. Log into your Ranch Outfitters account and go to “Order History”
2. Select the order and click “Start Return”
3. Choose the items and reason for return
4. Print the prepaid return label (deducted from your refund: $7.99 for U.S. domestic returns)
- Or use your own shipping method if preferred (no credit for shipping)
Free Returns (U.S. Only)
- First return on every order is free if you use our prepaid label and the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective, etc.).
- Ranch Rewards members (Silver level and above) receive unlimited free returns.
Refunds Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
- Refunds are issued within 1–2 business days after approval.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ranchoutfitters.com with photos. We’ll send a free replacement or full refund (including all shipping costs) immediately—no return necessary in most cases.
